If there is very special need that you want fulfilled, then after performing ablution at midnight, do three prostrations (sajdah) and in each recite YA WAHHAB 100 times. Keep your palms upwards while in sajdah; similar while making dua. Insha Allah your need will be fulfilled in one day, else in a maximum of 3 days (I have tested this tip myself)
Problem with proposals
If some girl does not get any proposals nor has any other problems that impede her marriage, she must do the following. I have a strong personal affiliation and belief in this tip. If done with a pure intention and solid belief then it can do wonders. For a period of 11 days, on Wednesday after isha prayer 11000 times every day, recite الٰہی یَامُعْطِیُ. Start and end with durud e Ibrahim. While doing it don’t talk, drink or eat or else this practice would become void. Keep your dress, place and prayer mat the same for this occasion. Inshah Allah along with a proposal, all expenditures will be settled too. Whomever I have told upon doing this practice with true belief was blessed.
To make a runaway return
In a book written by honorable Hakeem sahib titled ‘mujhe shifa kaisay mili?’There is particular arrangement of numbers which if written on a blank sheet can help bring back a runaway person. After folding tie it around a sparrow’s neck, allowing it to take flight in the direction of Qiblah .Inshah Allah the runaway person will return in 3 days. The arrangement is as follows:

A very successful tip for hepatitis

For any sort of hepatitis, pour mustard oil in any clay or steel bowl (around 3 tablespoons). Pour water too of exactly the same amount. Then take some long grass which grows near the edges of fields or rivers. If not available then take any sort of green grass. Address the patient and tell him to keep looking at the bowl. The one who holds the bowl should then recite Surah Quraish with Bismillah 3 times while also stirring the grass and oil in one direction then the other. Blow on the patient after reciting surah Quraish. Start and begin with durud e Ibrahim.
When to do this? Perform this after ASR prayers or at the time of ishraq; dawn. You have to do this for 3 days continuously at the prescribed times. On Sunday of the week during which you performed this, do the following at the time of dawn. Take any carpet thread and tie 11 knots in it and while tying each knot, recite Surah Quraish 3 times and blow. Start and end with durud. You have to tie this thread from this Sunday to the next Sunday. Inshah Allah all sorts of hepatitis will be cured and if the person, who carried this out, keeps reciting surah Quraish 21 times, with bismillah everyday then his carrying out of the spiritual tips will become more effective.
Recite the above mentioned while sleeping and waking 7 times. This has proved to be very beneficial for me.

If you offer salat 5 times a day, and do not rely on qaza salat, while also offering namaz –e- tahjad, as well as keep yourself in wudu for most of the time, make remembrance of Allah and His fear stays in your heart, and you also send Durud on Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), then automatically you will choose lesser of this world. Your tongue will remain guarded; your heart will hold love for others; you will develop patience and Taqwa and your worldly irritations would end. This is my own tested tip. You can try it too. It is the absolute truth that if we abstain from falsehood and other evils then we would naturally become closer to Allah and His Prophet PBUH.
